Service day and cut-off time
Collection and Turnaround Time
We ordinarily collect Items from drop-off lockers within three hours after the applicable cut-off time on the service day.
The estimated turnaround time is one business day commencing from we collect the Items from the locker. The actual turnaround time may vary depending on the type, quantity and condition of the Items, any special-care requirements and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Complete an online Booking request here or by scanning the QR code displayed at our laundromat.
Please select any available time randomly on the booking page (as the appointment date/time doesn't apply to this service), select The Laundry Hub Bentleigh for the question 'Where will this appointment take place?' during your booking process.
2 Drop off your laundry
Place your bagged laundry in an available locker and lock it with four-digit numbers.
Self-service locker availability is limited and subject to capacity at the time of your arrival. If no locker is available, do not leave your Items unattended. Contact us for assistance.
3 We wash dry and fold
Our team collects and processes your laundry with care at The Laundry Hub Bentleigh.
4 Collect when ready
We will notify you when your order has been placed in a collection locker. Collect it within 24 HOURS so the locker remains available for other customers.
