We will collect AND RETURN your items from your nominated address during the pickup and delivery window listed on our website rather than the time you selected on the booking page.
Turnaround Time
One business day from collection.
The turnaround time is an estimate only and may be affected by the quantity or condition of the Items, additional services requested, operational delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will notify you if we expect a material delay.
How it works
1 Click here to book a service and pay upfront payment.
Choose your preferred pickup window, enter your address and tell us about any special caring instructions and pick up/delivery instructions.
Please select My Location for the question 'Where will this appointment take place?' during your booking process and fill in the address your items will be picked up and delivery.
2 We collect
We will collect your items from your nominated address during the pickup window listed on our website.
Place your laundry in secure bags and have it ready at the agreed location. If you authorise unattended collection or delivery, you must nominate a reasonably safe, accessible location.
3 We wash dry and fold
Our team processes your laundry with care at The Laundry Hub Bentleigh.
4 We deliver
Once we receive your full payment, your clean, dry and neatly folded laundry is returned to your nominated address after one business day during the pickup and delivery window listed on our website.
